    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is not possible to easily handle this assembled type device since the preparation of a display screen, the setting of each display operating component, and the transfer of picture data or the set data of the display operating components are operated by a personal com puter and exclusive application software with respect to a programmable dis play. SOLUTION: The part recognition codes of components are identified by a component identifying part 90 so that the components can be identified, and the component recognition codes are fetched by a control part 101. When an address corresponding to one component position coordinate of a component arranging part 18 is set as a leading address by an I/O address setting part 91, addresses from an address next to the leading address are successively assigned to the components of the residual component position coordinates, and stored in a storage part 94, and assigned through a communicating part 93 to the I/O address of the storage part of a PLC 96 as the addresses of the components arranged in the part arranging part 18.

    • PURPOSE:To accurately detect the usable time for intra-vessel fluid remainder regardless of the number of users of the vessel, by learning the form of use of the intra-vessel accommodation fluid within a specified time period on the basis of the flow data, and estimating the usable time for the intra-vessel accommodation fluid on the basis of the learned use-form data. CONSTITUTION:A flow meter measures the flow of a propane gas from, for example, a gas container cylinder and outputs this measured flowrate as a flow data. A learning function section 2 learns the form of use of the propane gas in the gas container cylinder from a change in the flow data within a specified time period. To this end, the section 2 has a timer 2a, a memory 2b and a calculation section 2c. Further, a residual quantity calculation section 3 calculates the gas flow in the gas cylinder. An estimation section 4 estimates the usable time for a gas remainder in the gas cylinder on the basis of the learned data. Namely, the section 4 makes a fuzzy estimation of the reliability degree as taken with respect to the usable time, in accordance with a specified fuzzy rule and a membership function.

    • PURPOSE:To enhance the reliability of the title apparatus by enhancing the discrimination accuracy of a gas appliance by discriminating the gas appliance to be used by inputting the flow rate data obtained from the output pulse of a flow rate sensor to subject the same to fuzzy inference. CONSTITUTION:A flow rate sensor 3 outputs the pulse signal corresponding to the frow rate of supplied gas. An inference part 3 receives the flow rate data obtained from the output pulse of the flow rate sensor 2 to subject the same to fuzzy inference to discriminate a used gas appliance. When the gas appliance is discriminated by the inference part 3, a control part 4 monitors whether the use time of the discriminated gas appliance exceeds the use safe time preliminarily stored corresponding to the gas appliance on the basis the discrimination output and, when said use time exceeds the use safe time, said control part 4 judges that the gas appliance is forgotten to turn off or abnormal to output a cut-off signal and the supply of gas is cut off by a cut-off part 5.
