    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flooring material easily settable on and removable from a floor surface, easily manufacturable and further preventing occurrence of breakage.
      SOLUTION: The flooring material A is formed by sticking a printed sheet 4 to one surface of a vulcanized rubber sheet 2 through an adhesive layer 1. The flooring material can be used without being bonded to a floor surface since it has no adhesive layer on the lower surface of the vulcanized rubber sheet 2 which contacts with the floor surface, and the flooring material can be easily removed or replaced without needing labor hour as in the case of adhesion by use of an adhesive. Further, the floor material can be easily manufactured by sticking the printed sheet 4 to the vulcanized rubber sheet 2 through the adhesive layer 1. The strength of the flooring material can be enhanced by including at least one reinforcement layer 5, and breakage such as rip in the flooring material can be prevented by the reinforcement layer 5.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an impervious sheet from rising by the negative pressure of a wind to eliminate a problem such as breakage in an impervious structure wherein a water passing layer is provided between both upper and lower impervious sheets laid double in a waste disposal site by sealing the end parts of the impervious sheets so that outdoor air does not flow in under the impervious sheet. SOLUTION: A waste disposal site 1 has a lower water barrier sheet 3, a water passing layer 4, and an upper impervious sheet 5 put one upon another on a normal surface 2a and a bottom surface 2b of an excavated substrate 2. As raw material for the impervious sheets 3 and 5, high density polyethylene or the like is used. In such water barrier structure of the waste disposal site 1, in the end parts of the upper and lower impervious sheets 3 and 5, that is, in the upper end part of the normal surface 2a, the upper impervious sheet 3 is stuck to the end part of the lower impervious sheet 5 and sealed so that air may not flow into under the upper impervious sheet 3. In this way, air flowing into between the upper and lower impervious sheets 3 and 5 is eliminated to enable preventing the upper impervious sheet 3 from rising even if the wind blows in the waste disposal site 1.
