      SOLUTION: This waterproof structure around a pipe comprises a metal clamping plate 10 which is coated with a fusion-bond layer 15, and a tubular rubber molded article 11 which is provided with a tube portion 11a and a joint portion 11b overhanging to the outside from the tube portion 11a. The clamping plate 10 is fixed to a substrate 2, and the joint portion 11b is heat-sealed to the clamping plate 10 via the fusion-bond layer 15 in a state in which the tube 11a of the molded article 11 covers the pipe P. Additionally, a waterproof rubber sheet 12 for covering the substrate 2 is joined to the joint portion 11b of the molded article 11.
