摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the charge circuit and wiring by for example, printing two colors in forward way and printing the remainder two colors in return way, by a method wherein several charge electrodes are commonly connected as one group and connected to one charge control circuit. CONSTITUTION:When the data of cyan and yellow are set from an input part 8, a print direction indication part 9 turns ON electromagnetic valves 16a and 16c and jet out the ink of yellow and cyan, turns OFF electromagnetic valves 16b and 16d and stops the jetting of the ink of magenta and black. At that time, because the outputs of charge circuits 12-1 and 12-2 are connected parallel to the charge electrodes 15a and 15b, and 15c and 15d of yellow and magenta, and cyan and black, magenta and black are never accidentally printed. Then, on the return way, the print direction indication part 9 turns OFF the electromagnetic valves 16a and 16c and jet out the ink of magenta and black. Thus, without exclusive exchanging circuit or the like, the wiring of charge circuit can be reduced to one half.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent staining of a charge electrode with jetted ink and to prevent deterioration of the quality of printing by the attached ink by putting a charge electrode out of the track of ink jet at the times of making and breaking of electric power. CONSTITUTION:A charge electrode 31 is supported at its both ends for free pivoting and is provided with a protruding interlinkage 31c. A push type solenoid magnet 33 is provided in such a manner as to be abutting against the interlinkage and pushing it up with its head. At the time of making and breaking of electric power, by the action of the solenoid magnet 33, the charge electrode 31 is pivoted at an axis of the both ends contained in the guides 32 due to the reason that it is pushed up by the head of the solenoid magnet 33 which is abutted against the interlinkage 31c. In other words, the charge electrode 31 is put out of the track of jetted ink. Therefore, the ink globules from the nozzles pass underneath the charge electrode without staining it and are collected in a gutter 9 as unnecessary ink globules.

摘要： PURPOSE:To perform pressing and collection of ink simultaneously by one ink pump by using the ink pump prepared by arranging diaphragms having different pressing areas in a pressure chamber and an ink chamber and by fitting both diaphragms to a plunger through the intermediary of a retainer. CONSTITUTION:The pressure chamber 26 and the ink chamber 29 are provided in the ink pump and the diaphragms 32 and 33 different in pressing area are arranged in the respective chambers. Both diaphragms are fitted to the plunger 34 making reciprocating motion by the force of a magnet coil 36 and a spring 37 through the intermediary of the retainer 35. One ink pump is miniaturized by giving thereto functions of pressing and collection of ink and thereby the ink-circulating device can be miniaturized.

CONSTITUTION:Both ends of a charging electrode 31 are housed in the grooves of guides 32 in a vertically slidable manner, and a push-type solenoid magnet 33 having a head to push up is provided to the coupling 31C. When a power source is closed and opened, the charging electrode 31 is pushed up along the grooves of the guides 32 by the head of the magnet 33 in contact with the coupling 31C by the action of the magnet 33. In short, the electrode 33 is moved upwards away from the way of injected ink. Ink droplets jetted from nozzle can pass by its downside without adherence to the electrode 31, and unnecessary ink droplets are recovered in a gutter 9.

摘要： PURPOSE:To conduct printing with severe accuracy by detecting the velocity of flow of an ink-drop row from the time interval of the output pulses of an image sensor, changing supply pressure and keeping the pressure at reference value. A reference time generating circuit 14 outputs the pulses e of reference time width by the first output of the pulses c, a flip-flop 15 is set by the first pulses of the pulses c and reset by the output of the counter 13 counting only by fixed number, difference between the output pulses d, e is converted into voltage by a time difference comparison circuit 16, and the supply pressure of the pump 17 is changed by the voltage.

摘要： PURPOSE:To perform high speed recording with high quality by delaying the charge timing of each of a plurality of ink drop lines, and performing control so that the ink drop in the neighboring ink drop lines is always thinned out with respect to the ink drops for recording. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle 3, a piezoelectric transducer 4, a charging electrode 5, deflecting electrodes 6 and 7, and gutter 10 are inclined by an angle theta with respect to the feeding direction of the nozzle 3 (the direction of an arrow). The charging is controlled by a binary value. The ink drop line g of a plurality of the ink drop lines a-g is charged at first. The timing of the charge for upper ink drop lines is delayed than the lower lines. One ink drop is delayed for every one line. With respect to the ink drop which gives data in each ink drop line, thinned-out drop is located in the adjacent ink drop line. Since the effect of the ink drop on both sides of the printing ink drops are always balanced, the printing ink drop continues stable flying, and the printing of excellent quality can be performed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable a high-speed printing eliminating return time with a higher printing speed without change in the head feed rate by performing printing in two ways according to directions of head feeding through simultaneous printing of two lines with a gutter positioned at the center of the direction in which ink is injected. CONSTITUTION:Printing ink drops 9a and 9b positively or negatively charged are deflected according to charge given by charge electrodes 4 arranged above and below it and hit on a printing paper 8 while unnecessary ink drops 10 with no charge are housed in a gutter 11 positioned at the center. Data equivalent to two lines from an inputting section 12 is inputted and stored into a buffer memory 14 by two lines and characters equivalent to two lines are printed separated above and below the gutter by one feeding of a printing head. In a deflection voltage selector section 2 adapted to be designated in the feeding direction by a feeding direction designating section 13, voltage applied on deflection plates 6 and 7 is changed oppositely when the head is fed in the opposite direction. Therefore, printing is performed in two ways according to directions of feeding of the printing head.
