摘要： PURPOSE:To efficiently plaster a wall, by making a lattice frame, which is a core material of a plaster wall for wooden house, of plastic resin and also by securing an outer frame on the outer circumference. CONSTITUTION:Plastic resin made vertical levers 1 and horizontal levers 2 cross at a great many points, and an outer frame 3 is provided at the outer circumference. Furthermore, projections 4 are formed at the outer frame 3, and thus, a lattice frame 5 is made. The projections 4 at the outer frame 5 are fitted in holes made in pillars, foundations, trunk supports, etc., and the lattice frame 5 is fastened between the pillars. Afterwards, wall mud is plastered from the front and the back of the lattice frame 5, and thus, a plaster wall containing the lattice frame 5 serving as a core material can be obrained.

摘要： PURPOSE:To decrease manufacturing cost by dispensing with installation of a furnace and also to improve forming efficiency through keeping a resin plate from strain by a method wherein the thermoplastic foam resin plate is heated and softened by a hot mean irradiating device on a conveyor, and then formed into a wave form by a waste heat. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic foam resin plate placed on a chain conveyor 1 is transferred toward a temporarily waving roller 2, heated and softened by hot beam irradiating devices 6, 6' provided over and below the chain conveyor 1 on the way, fed then to the temporarily waving roller 2 for waving thereon. The resin plate thus waved temporarily is fed to the first waving roller 3 heated beforehand by hot beam irradiating devices 7, 7' for waving thereon without producing a strain, and then fed to the second waving roller 4. The roller 4 is kept hot almost to an intermediate temperature with cooling temperature by a waste heat of the hot beam irradiating devices 7, 7', and the resin plate finishing a wave forming while it passes through the roller 4 is cooled down on a cooling belt 5.

摘要： PURPOSE:To shield sunlight during the outdoor parking of an automobile and thereby to restrict the increase in the temperature inside the automobile by providing the roof panel portion of the automobile with shielding boards freely drawable and storable. CONSTITUTION:Support rods 2, 2', and 2'' are arranged sideways above the roof panel 1 of an automobile at intervals, a plate 3 is stretched across the support rods, rectangular U-shaped guide rails 4a and 4b are opposedly arranged at the side portions on the lower surface of the plate 3, and two sets of guide rails 5a- 5b and 6a-6b crossing the rails 4a and 4b are arranged. Light shielding boards 7a, 7b, 8a, 8b, 9a, and 9b made of a foam resin board are inserted in the guide rails and fixed in situ with fixing screws 10 screwed into the lower surfaces of the ends of the guide rails. When the automobile is to be parked outdoors, the screws 10 are untightened and the light shielding boards are drawn out longitudinally and sideways so that then shield the sunlight.
