    • PURPOSE:To improve assembling work efficiency and motion performance by connecting elastic structural bodies through plate-shape links, and forming an error correcting structure by the elastic deformation of a groove in its fulcrum part of combination of units or components. CONSTITUTION:Round grooves 1 in a semi-circular shape are formed in horizontal and parallel conditions to each other, and a parallel link is formed from A, B which connect a groove center P point. When a C-surface is fixed and a load is applied in D direction, the parallel link A, B is elastically-deformed with the P point as a fulcrum. When the parallel link A, B which connects the four P points is formed into such a structure so have rigidity against the load D, and surfaces E and C move, kept in a parallel condition by value F. The rigidity, displacement or number of links of the round groove central part is set at a value necessary for error correction. In its upper part, rigidity is set high in the Z and Y directions, and flexibility is set high in an X direction. In a lower part, rigidity is set high in the X direction, and flexibility is set high in the Y direction, so that it is formed into a plate-shaped condition at a position where three axes cross orthogonally, and the round grooves are formed at both the edges in horizontal and parallel conditions. It is thus possible to provide an automatic correcting joint if a positioning error is generated in the X or Y direction.

    • PURPOSE:To provide possibility of three-dimensional tracing symmetrical about a plane and safely perform precision processing, measurement, assembly, and transport simultaneously without requiring the time and skillfulness by furnishing a mechanism which can make three-dimensional tracing symmetrically about the reference plane between objects. CONSTITUTION:Two structures 8 movable in the Y-direction are combined with a structure 5 which is movable in the X-direction, and two pulleys 12 having the same outside diameter are fixed to the ends in Y-direction of the X-structure 5 so that the motions of the structures are synchronous and symmetrical to the left and right, wherein the pulleys are restrained by a belt 13 or chain so that their rotating directions and speeds are identical. The belt or chain in its positions point-symmetrical about the center between the pulleys 12 is fixed to the structure 8 movable in the Y-direction, which generates a condition where synchronization symmetrical to the left and right is practicable.
