    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile head structure of a steel pipe concrete pile that can surely transmit force from pile head reinforcements to a steel pipe concrete pile, reinforce the yield strength of a pile head and suppress breaking of the pile head even if excessive horizontal force is applied thereto while having excellent manufacturing property of the steel pipe concrete pile. SOLUTION: The pile head structure of the steel pipe concrete pile includes a ring-like end plate 4 provided at the pile head of the steel pipe concrete pile 1 of hollow cylinder shape with its outer peripheral surface covered with a steel pipe 2. The ring-like end plate 4 is joined to the steel pipe, and the pile head reinforcement 6 is joined to the ring-like end plate 4. The pile head structure also includes a stress transmission member 7 formed in tubular shape stuck to the concrete inner peripheral surface 3a of the steel pipe concrete pile, and one ends 7a, 7b of the stress transmission member 7 are stuck to the peripheries of the inner peripheral edges 4c, 4d of the ring-like end plate.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base solation technique which allows base isolation devices to dispersively bear an unexpectedly large horizontal force if the horizontal force is imposed on a building and the base isolation devices each undergo abnormal displacement falling out of a base isolation region, and facilitates recovery of an upper structure of the building to its original position after cancellation of the horizontal force.
      SOLUTION: Each base isolation device employs an abnormal displacement preventing means to cope with the abnormal displacement falling out of the base isolation region occurring due to an unexpected external force. The abnormal displacement preventing means accommodates relative displacement of an upper bearing member 5 to a lower bearing member, and at the same time prevents the abnormal displacement falling out of the base isolation region, by upward displacement of the upper bearing member 5 generated by rolling of a ball body 6 according to the displacement. Thus by virtue of cooperative operation of the abnormal displacement preventing means of the respective base isolation devices, the unexpected external force caused by wind etc. is dispersively borne by the base isolation devices.

The shape and dimensions of the circular hole 10 are determined to make the internal screw member 2 turnable around a material axis in the state of the internal screw body 5 being inserted through the insertion hole. The length of the internal screw member 2 is determined to project the internal screw body from the upper face of the top part 6 in the state of the internal screw body 5 being inserted through the circular hole 10.
