摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of pressure at filling and influence of peripheral temperature, prevent deformation and distortion of a bottle due to external force at clamping a lid, and utilize an existing equipment by performing the filling and the lid clamping by inserting a thin container into a holding tool. SOLUTION: A thin container to be supplied from a thin bottle supply device 11 is inserted into a holding tool by a holding tool insert device 12. Only the periphery of the mouth and the bottom of the thin container are exposed from the holding tool and almost all other parts are covered with the holding tool. Successively, the thin container inserted into the holding tool is cleaned and preheated by an empty bottle cleaning/preheating device 13, and is sent to a filling machine 15 through a convey passage 14 so as to fill it with contents by heating. The lid of the filled thin container is clamped by a lid clamping machine 16, cooled by a cooling machine 17 or dried. After completion of drying, the holding tool is released by a holding tool recovery device 18 so as to recover it. The recovered holding tool is returned to a holding tool supply device 22, and the filled thin container is inserted into a carton by a carton insert device 19 and put in a corrugated cardboard box by a corrugated cardboard casing tool 20 so as to be conveyed.
