    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the protective structure of a water barrier sheet in a waste disposal field composed of a substitute of an old tatami mat (rush mat) not generating excessive tensile load in the water barrier sheet laid on a slop part, easy to obtain and capable of stabilizing waste. SOLUTION: In a protective structure 12 for protecting the water barrier sheet 11 laid on the normal plane 13 of a waste disposal field 10, a plurality of sheets 14 fitted with reticulated mats 19 having a luffa structure fixed to the surfaces thereof are arranged so that the reticulated mats 19 are positioned on an upper surface side and the lower end parts 16 of the sheets fitted with the reticulated mats positioned on the upstream side at the respective connection parts 15 of the normal plane 13 are overlapped with the upper surfaces of the upper end parts 17 of the sheets fitted with the reticulated mats positioned on the downstream side and the upper end parts of the sheets fitted with the reticulated mats are temporarily bonded to the laid water barrier sheet, for example, by using a double-sided adhesive tape 22 to cover the surface of the water barrier sheet and continuously arranged in a tile-like form.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof structure capable of enhancing energy efficiency for snow melting work in winter and preventing an increase in internal temperature in summer. SOLUTION: The outer and inner side parts of a roof material 3 are covered with roof membranes 4 and 5, for which, for example, a sealing sheet is substituted, for the purpose of constructing a building for allowing the upper section of a disposal site 1 to be fully sheltered from outside. Warm air is uniformly distributed and sent to the respective parts of a garret space through a blast duct 6 wherethrough the warm air is issued into the space. Plural suction holes 8 are opened on the top part of a roof, and the warm air blown into the in-ceiling space can be discharged outside through a suction pipe 9 connected to the suction holes 8. The air pressure of the warm air is set equal to or slightly lower than atmospheric pressure because the roof membranes 4 and 5 are expanded when blast quantity is larger than suction quantity.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To repair water leakage points easily by forming a filling space partitioned with a partitioning member between a water impervious sheet and a sand protective sheet, detecting a leak current by electric detecting terminals on the impervious sheet so as to specify the leakage points, and filling the specified filling space with an impregnant for repair and solidifying it. SOLUTION: The horizontal electric field distribution in a waste treatment site 10 that is measured by electrodes 17 provided on a water impervious sheet 12 and the resistivity measured in advance are used to specify the water leakage points. After the points are specified, a block partitioned with a mat-like unwoven cloth 15 is filled with an impregnant for repair and solidified thereafter. Namely, an injection pipe 20 is installed toward the filling space held by a net resin mat 16 in a block including water leakage position, at such a position that it is brought into contact with a sand protective sheet 18, and an impregnant is injected and solidified. When the impervious sheet 12 is laid with a laying structure 14, the pipe 20 is arranged in advance on the bottom and slope of the site 10 in a manner that it may communicates with the filling spaces of respective blocks. Thus, the water barrier sheet can be repaired without removing the waste 11.
