摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the application of large load to a core-section bearing column and a climbing device, to make a core-section construction equipment and a peripheral-section construction equipment climb separately, and to reduce the waiting of construction work and construct a building in a method in which the building is built by a construction equipment consisting of the core-section construction equipment and the peripheral-section construction equipment. CONSTITUTION:When the building of a core section 12 is constructed gradually prior to the building of a peripheral section 14, engaging means 20a, 20b, 20c consisting of pin members engaged with bearing brackets 26 installed to an existing structure are mounted on a core-section bearing column 18 and a cylinder 25 of a climbing device 21 set up at the lower end section of the core-section bearing column 18 while a main beam 31 constituting a stage 30 for peripheral- section assembly operation is fitted to the climbing device 21. Accordingly, the inside section of the stage 30 for peripheral-section assembly operation is borne by the climbing device 21 of the core-section bearing column 18.

摘要： PURPOSE:To lift a construction equipment safely and stably by further confirming the state of engagement between a bearing column and the outer- circumferential column member of an existing structure by an engaging means having a simple constitution. CONSTITUTION:In a method in which a construction equipment 11 consisting of a state 11 for assembly operation and a bearing column 14 obtaining bearing reaction from an existing structure 10 and bearing the stage 11 for assembly operation is moved successively to an upper section with the building of the structure 10, a plurality of pinhole bracket members 20 are mounted previously to the outer-circumferential column member 13 of the existing structure 10 while pin members 21a, 21b with pinholes are installed to a climbing device 15 set up at the lower end section of the bearing column 14. The climbing device 15 is driven while the state of engagement among at least one or more of the pin members in such pin members and the bracket members 20 is maintained or only the pin members 21b are mounted and the state of the engagement of the pin members 21b of other bearing columns is held. The pin-joined pin members are forwarded and transferred successively to upper sections, thus upward moving the construction equipment 11.

摘要： PURPOSE:To connect post materials easily and swiftly by supporting removably a mounting body on an outer circumferential unit on one end of a pair of post materials and installing movably a guide member to the post materials at a plurality of mounting spots of the mounting body, and what is more, movably to the post materials and energizing the guide member with an energizing member. CONSTITUTION:At first, a mounting frame body 13 is outwardly fitted to the upper end of a post material on a lower side while a tie rod is cut-short, thereby placing four-side support bases 11 in contact with the cornered parts of the post. Then, the upper-side post is suspended with a crane and lowered close to the upper end of the lower-side post. A guide roller 16 guides the lower end of the upper side-post so naturally that it may agree with the upper end of the lower-side post. This construction makes it possible to guide and move easily and swiftly the lower end of the upper side-post to the upper end of the lower-side post material by means of the paired guide rollers 16 installed to each of the support bases 11 at the four corners of the mounting frame 13 simply by lowering the lowerend of the upper-side post material close to the upper end of the lower-side post material.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fracture efficiency by a method wherein a tool for fracture moved toward a mounting hole, formed in an object to be fractured, by a moving member is pressed in the direction of depth by a moving press device. SOLUTION: A cylindrical body 26 in which a fracture probe 1A is incorporated is disposed with an expansion part 37 brought into contact with the periphery of the opening part of a mounting hole 20a. Air 45 for movement is then fed to move a piston member 36, the probe 1A is pressed by a forced plate 32 and mounted in the hole 20a. Electric energy is fed to a metal fine wire in the probe 1A in a short time from the capacitor of an energy feeding device at the outside and rapidly molten and vaporized. A material for fracture, such as water, with which the probe 1A is filled is rapidly vaporized to fracture the object H1 to be fractured. In this case, since at the opening part of the hole 20a, the probe 1A is pressed in the direction of depth by the forced plate 32, an impact pressure through the opening part of the hole 20a is prevented from escape, the object H1 to be fractured is reliable fractured, and further the generation of noise during fracture is reduced.

Electric energy accumulated at the capacitor of an energy feeding device disposed outside is fed to a metal fine wire 8 in a short time attached to an electrode 4 in the probe 1A. Thereby, the fine wire 8 is rapidly molten and vaporized and a material 3 for fracture, such as water, with which the probe 1A is filled is rapidly vaporized, and an object H1 to be fractured is fractured and brought into a brittle state. This constitution reliably fractures the object H1 to be fractured without depending on experience and intuition of a worker.

Next, the lift-up device is laid on the working floor 2, and then, the framework members for upper stories are assembled one by one with the use of the assembling device 3, and further, the building is constructed while the working floor is lifted up by the lift-up device.
