    • PURPOSE:To lift a construction equipment safely and stably by further confirming the state of engagement between a bearing column and the outer- circumferential column member of an existing structure by an engaging means having a simple constitution. CONSTITUTION:In a method in which a construction equipment 11 consisting of a state 11 for assembly operation and a bearing column 14 obtaining bearing reaction from an existing structure 10 and bearing the stage 11 for assembly operation is moved successively to an upper section with the building of the structure 10, a plurality of pinhole bracket members 20 are mounted previously to the outer-circumferential column member 13 of the existing structure 10 while pin members 21a, 21b with pinholes are installed to a climbing device 15 set up at the lower end section of the bearing column 14. The climbing device 15 is driven while the state of engagement among at least one or more of the pin members in such pin members and the bracket members 20 is maintained or only the pin members 21b are mounted and the state of the engagement of the pin members 21b of other bearing columns is held. The pin-joined pin members are forwarded and transferred successively to upper sections, thus upward moving the construction equipment 11.

    • PURPOSE:To enable the demolition work of a lifting device by providing anchors capable of coming in and going out to walls of an operation floor in separation from a lifting device body equipped with rising and falling rods for lifting the operation floor. CONSTITUTION:A lifting device 13 is used for a device for lifting an operation floor 11 in order to construct structural steel materials 1 for a high-rise structure. The lifting device 13 is constituted of rising and falling drive sections 14 and anchors 15 provided to walls 11a of the operation floor 11. Rising and falling rods 12 are provided to the rising and falling drive sections 14, and the rising and falling drive sections can be raised and lowered through rack and pinion mechanism. In addition, the anchors 15 are provided to the walls 11a of the operation floor 11 so that they are capable of coming in and going out. After that, a plurality of lifting devices are arranged forward, backward and sideways for assembling the structural steel materials 1. Successively, the rising and falling drive sections 14 are raised and lowered to subsequently raise the operation floor 11 to the upper ends of posts 2 of the structural steel materials 1, and new posts 2 are inserted downward of the rising and falling rods 12 to assemble the structural steel materials 1.
