    • PURPOSE:To efficiently and continuously agitatingly mix hydraulic material with accelerator and discharge the resultant mixture by a structure wherein a screw is inserted rotatably at high speed in a tubular casing, at the tip side of which a discharge port is provided, and, at the same time, a hydraulic material charging part and an accelerator adding part are provided. CONSTITUTION:A discharge port 10 is provided at the front end of a tubular casing 1, which is made of flexible material or the inner surface of which is lined by flexible material. The rear part of a screw shaft 2a is cantileveredly supported by a bearing block 20, to which a high speed driving motor 3 and a reduction unit 30 are provided. The screw shaft 2a has continuous blades 2b and 2b and agitating blades 2c. The ratio of the total number of continuous blades to the number of pitch of the agitating blades is essentially set to be (2.5 - 3.5):1 for realizing favorable agitating and feeding effect without the solidification of accelerator. A hydraulic material charging part 5 is open on the tubular casing 1 in the continuous blade 2b range at the base end. The rear end side of the part is directly connected to a pressure feed piping 50 and lead to a pressure feed pump 6. An accelerator adding part 7 is provided at an arbitrary position on the hydraulic material charging part 5 and lead through a supply hose 70 to an accelerator feeding device 8. The favorable accelerator feeding device 8 is of dense flow pressure feed type.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent sinking and to suppress rolling to the minimum by providing a mixing device reciprocating along a horizontal beam on a front part of a self-traveling base machine and providing outrigger type floats on the lower parts at both the ends of the horizontal beam. SOLUTION: At a tip of a self-traveling base machine 1, a horizontal beam 5 of a width direction is fixed, a mixing device 8 reciprocating along the horizontal beam 5 is provided and outrigger type floats 9 of steel hollow bodies are provided on the lower parts at both the ends of the horizontal beam 5. The base machine 1 is stopped, the floats 9 are installed on the mud ground by a jack for elevating and lowering 10, the mixing device 8 is reciprocated in vertical and left and right directions by an elevating device 7 and a traverse device 6 and the mud ground is mixed and solidified, discharging solidified material from a tip of an auger. At this time, a driving unit 4 is moved back and forth by interlocking with the jack for elevating and lowering 10 and weight balance is secured. Because the floats 9 generate buoyancy and increase contact area of the ground to be processed, sinking is prevented and rolling is suppressed to the minimum, an increase in the mixing device scale and an increase in capacity can be contrived.

      SOLUTION: The vertical shaft excavation device includes a supporting basic stand 5 directly or indirectly receiving supporting reaction force from the interior wall surface 3 of a vertical shaft 1, a center post 9 extended along the center of the vertical shaft 1, capable of making relative movement downward to the supporting basic stand 5 and being turned with the center line as the center, and, forming an excavated earth and sand taking opening 7 in the lower side section, a helical drum excavator 13 extended from the lower side section of the center post 9 in the horizontal direction, excavating the bottom ground 11 of the vertical shaft 1 while turning it combining with the center post 9 and, at the same time, conveying the excavated earth and sand to the inside of the center post 9 through the opening 7 and a bucket conveyor 15 provided to the inside of the center post 9, traveling in an endless state along the extended direction, excavating the central part of the bottom ground 11 of the vertical shaft from an opening 9A formed in the lower end of the center post 9 in advance and, at the same time, conveying the excavated earth and sand and the excavated earth and sand conveyed to the insid of the center post 9 through the opening 7 from the excavator 13.
