    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow melting braille block apparatus capable of efficiently achieving snow melting and antifreezing of a braille block in an energy-saving manner and taking safety of pedestrians such as the physically handicapped into consideration. SOLUTION: The snow melting braille block apparatus comprises, on the road surface side, a heating glass 2A formed with braille on an upper surface and having a light-transmitting heating element, and has a lighting means 3 under the heating glass 2A. The heating glass 2A of high heat transfer efficiency is thereby utilized, and its transparency is made most of to attain illumination by the lighting means 3. Snow melting and antifreezing of the braille block can be efficiently attained in the energy-saving manner, and the pedestrians such as the physically handicapped can be easily confirmed to contribute to the improvement of safety. The heating glass 2A having the light transmitting heating element 21c is provided on the road surface side, and the lighting means 3 is provided under the heating glass 2A.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power-generating system utilizing solar cells which obtains a wind resistance and an earthquake resistance, at a low installation cost, by leveraging an outer wall or a roof slab. SOLUTION: A film solar cell 2 is bonded to an ALC plate for outer wall or an ALC plate 50A for roof slab by using adhesive agents 27 and 45 with at least a sheet waterproof layer 40 between, to make a power-generating system utilizing the solar cell which has the film solar cell 2 as a power source. By leveraging the ALC plate for outer wall or the ALC plate 50A for roof slab which are utilized extensively, the film solar cell 2 is bonded by using the adhesive agent 27, thereby the power-generating system utilizing the solar cell which acquires a wind resistance and an earthquake resistance is provided at a low installation cost. By putting the sheet waterproof layer 40 between, waterproofing performance of the ALC plate for outer wall or the ALC plate 50A for roof slab is reinforced, and flexible characteristic of the sheet waterproof layer 40 absorbs distortion due to difference between the film solar cell 2 and the ALC plate 50A for roof slab due to difference of coefficient of thermal expansion.
