    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow melting braille block apparatus capable of efficiently achieving snow melting and antifreezing of a braille block in an energy-saving manner and taking safety of pedestrians such as the physically handicapped into consideration. The heating glass 2A having the light transmitting heating element 21c is provided on the road surface side, and the lighting means 3 is provided under the heating glass 2A.
