    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quality control method of a roller bearing 1 for a large-sized construction machine such as a dump truck, which allows for easy management of the detailed history information starting from a material purchasing S1 to an inspection content S5 after completion of the roller bearing 1 with one-to-one relationship between the roller bearing 1 and a part 2.SOLUTION: Information of each step S1 to S5 is recorded on an IC tag 4 together with the lot number of the step. After each of component parts 2 (an inner ring 2a, an outer ring 2b, and a rolling element 2c) is assembled into a roller bearing 1, recorded information of the IC tag 4 for each of the component parts 2 is stored in a management computer system 20, corresponding to a production serial number or a production lot number. On the other hand, the production serial number or the production lot number is recorded on another IC tag 10 attached to the roller bearing 1 (for example, the inner ring 2a). For any time after shipment, the recorded information of the component part 2 read from the computer system 20 through the recorded information such as the production serial number of the IC tag 10 is used for repair or the like.
