The elastomer composition is 3 or greater in specific dielectric constant and 0.01 or less in dielectric loss tangent, at a frequency of 400 MHz and at 30°C. The used temperature range is -10°C to 70°C. In the used temperature range, a relative permittivity is 3-20 and a dielectric loss tangent is ≤0.01 in measurement at frequency of 400 MHz.
