In the outer surface of each concave curved surface 28a, at least a part is made to exist near the center of the joining base part 13 on the axial direction of each shaft part 12 rather than a peripheral part of each concave curved surface 28a in the joining base part 13. An annular recessed part 29 is formed in the peripheral part of the base end part of each shaft part 12 in the step height surface 38. With this constitution, a radius of curvature of the cross-sectional shape of each concave curved surfaces 28a is enlarged without enlarging a length dimension of each shaft part 12, and damage such as a crack is hardly caused in the base end part of each shaft part 12.
