      SOLUTION: A burning breakage detection sheet 10 adhered to the window glass is connected to a burning breakage determination-report unit 20 attached to a window frame through a connecting line 30. The sheet 10 includes an outside transparent film 11, an intermediate transparent film 12 and an inside transparent film which have electric insulating property and thermal melting property, an heat-resisting outside heat resisting electrode line 14 and inside heat resisting electrode line 15 placed between the intermediate transparent film 12 and the outside transparent film 11 and between the film 12 and the inside transparent film, respectively, and a capacitor 16 connecting the electrode lines 14 and 15. The burning breakage determination-report unit 20 determines whether the window glass is to be broken by burning or not based on a signal inputted through the first signal input circuit 23 when a pulse signal is outputted, and reports that effect when burning breakage of the window glass is determined.
