SOLUTION: In this water heater system, a function as the centralized control part is given to a microcomputer 11a of one water heater 1a of two water heaters. Electric power is supplied from a power supply part 14a of the water heater 1a to a remote controller 2, and a power supply part 14b of the other water heater 1b is connected to a power supply line 4 from the water heater 1a to the remote controller 2 through a break contact 6a closed by the lowering of a voltage of the power supply line 4. Even if the power supply from the water heater 1a to the remote controller 2 is disrupted, the power is thus supplied from the power supply part 14b of the other water heater 1b to the remote controller 2, so that the preset temperature of hot water supply can be changed by the remote controller 2. A control part 21 of a system controller 2 includes a structure for energizing/cutting off a main power supply of the hot water supply device 1 in a stand-by status when a prescribed condition is satisfied. The control part 21 obtains the accumulation data for control stored in the RAM of the hot water supply device 1 and stores it in a RAM of the control part 21 immediately before cutting off the main power supply of the hot water supply device 1 in the stand-by status. Meanwhile, when the main power supply of the hot water supply device 1 is energized, the accumulation data for control stored in the RAM of the control part 21 is transmitted back to the hot water supply device 1.
