The dangerous state refers to the case in which the little child approaches a water suction inlet of a bathtub.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human organism detecting device capable of making it hard to generate detection error, and eliminating complicatedness due to alarming error after that. SOLUTION: A threshold value for determination to detect if human movement is generated or not is provided, and a voltage outputted from an infrared sensor is measured, so that detection of human movement is determined when it exceeds the threshold value. Detection of human movement is thus determined only when the movement exceeds specific quantity. By setting a reference voltage for reference to the threshold value using output voltage data by plural infrared sensors, irregularity in parts by each sensor can be leveled. By taking an average of a plurality of output voltage data for the reference voltage, it is further leveled to reduce irregularity among the respective sensors, so that correct movement can be grasped. Detection error in detection of human organisms can thus be prevented.
