SOLUTION: The appearance shape of the aroma generating apparatus is a spherical shape, and an opening 2 is provided on the upper end part, through which the aroma generating liquid is placed. A cover member 5 blocks an opening 8 of a case member 3, and the shape of an article on the opposite side can not be visually recognized, but it has a light permeability. The main body part of the cover member 5 is a circular disc shape, and the central part of the main body part is protruded to form a projecting part. A site irradiated with a light from an LED 11 shines softly by diffused reflection to generate a condition just like a small hill of the light is made at the central part of the cover member 5, and as the projecting part has a gentle slope, the light is emitted in all directions.
