    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a latent heat recovery type hot water supply apparatus, surely preventing drain generated due to heat exchange from splashing outside of an exhaust part together with combustion gas through an outflow port. SOLUTION: In this latent heat recovery type hot water supply apparatus, the exhaust part 9 is formed by mounting an exhaust part structure 25 on a secondary heat exchanger 7. A deflecting member 26 is disposed in the interior of the exhaust part 9, and a dispersion plate 27 is provided in a position opposite thereto. A deflecting plate part 30 of the deflecting member 26 is substantially put in the state of hanging downward from the top face 9a side, and a gap 35 is formed between the lower end part thereof and a base 9b. Combustion gas introduced into the exhaust part 9 from the base 9b flows toward the dispersion plate 27 after passing through the gap 35 so that the flowing direction is deflected. On the other hand, the preset maximum flow rate value (24 L/min) which is the upper limit value to the maximum flow (S21) in control, computed based on a temperature difference between the preset hot water delivery temperature and the inlet water temperature, is maintained as it is normal without exhaust resistance (S22-S24).
