    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with the material oxidation in the holding container by controlling the container temperature while sensing shortage of an inert gas having the temperature higher than a set temperature by monitoring the temperature of a holding container of a molten material and the flow rate of an inert gas. SOLUTION: A flow sensor and an electromagnetic valve for opening and closing are disposed in order in a gas supply path across the holding container of the molten material and a supply source of the inert gas. Monitoring of the gas flow by the flow sensor and the opening and closing control of the electromagnetic valve are performed by detecting the temperature of the holding container. When the temperature of the holding container is lower than a set temperature, the electromagnetic valve is turned off, and the monitoring of the gas flow by the flow sensor is also turned off without performing the supply of the inert gas to the holding container. When the temperature of the holding container reaches the set temperature, a set amount of inert gas is supplied by turning on the electromagnetic valve. Monitoring the flow is started by turning on the flow sensor.       SOLUTION: The inner part of the opening hole at the front end side of the cylinder main body, is increased in diameter at two steps, and formed into a flange-engaging part of the liner and the flange-engaging part of the nozzle member, and a supplying passage hole is bored at the upper part of the cylinder. The outer circumference at the front end part of the liner, is formed as the cylinder and firmly inserted into the cylinder main body, and the flange is fitted into the opening hole of the cylinder main body. The liner is brought into close contact with the inner surface of the cylinder by thermal-expansion while the supplying hole and the supplying passage hole are set at the same position. The outer circumference at the rear end of the cylinder part of the nozzle member of which the tip end part is formed as the nozzle is formed into the flange, and the rear end part of this flange is abutted on the top end face of the liner by engaging the flange with the inner part of the opening hole. A connecting ring at the periphery of the cylinder part of the nozzle member, is fastened with bolts and the nozzle member is fastened with the cylinder main body through the flange of the liner.
