SOLUTION: This method of evaluating the permeability of the fluid passed through the material, containing the resin evaluates the permeability of the fluid passed through the material containing the resin, by using a loss tangent of the permeability of a fluid passed through a material containing a resin. In this method of treating the material containing the biodegradable resin, the material containing the biodegradable resin is heated at 90°C or higher, to 140°C or lower of temperature for 5 minutes or longer, preferably for 30 minutes or longer. The material containing the biodegradable resin is obtained, by bringing the loss tangent of the material containing the biodegradable resin into 0.2 or smaller in an α-transition point of the material containing the biodegradable resin, or by heating the material containing the biodegradable resin at 90°C or higher to 140°C or lower for the temperature for 5 minutes or longer, preferably for 30 minutes or longer.
