    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve poor functioning due to repetitive opening/closing of a bypass valve.SOLUTION: A target stack supply flow rate is calculated on the basis of a request from a fuel cell stack; a stack request compressor supply flow rate is calculated on the basis of a stack supply flow rate and the target stack supply flow rate; the stack request compressor supply flow rate or a lower-limit flow rate determined according to an operating state of a fuel cell system, whichever is larger than the other, is set as a target compressor supply flow rate, and a compressor is controlled according to the target compressor supply flow rate; a bypass valve is controlled on the basis of the stack supply flow rate and the target stack supply flow rate; when the stack supply flow rate falls within a prescribed bypass valve restriction range which is set by referencing the target stack supply flow rate, the bypass valve is fixed, or the drive of the bypass valve is limited; and restriction of the bypass valve is removed when the stack supply flow rate becomes larger by at least a prescribed value than the lower-limit flow rate.
