The dust such as abrasion powder is discharged from inside the inner tube 51 to the gap 50 via through-holes 54 penetratingly formed in the inner tube 51 by air flow directed outward in the radial direction by an action of a centrifugal fan. The tip of a guide member 55 arranged to be rotatable relative to the clutch drum 23 is inserted into the gap 50 from one end of the gap 50, and the dust inside the gap 50 is guided to the outside by the guide member 55.
