    • PURPOSE:To shorten molding time of foamed molding, by laying a reinforcement matter spouting a fluid causing foaming into a main body made of foaming plastic. CONSTITUTION:The inside of a molding part of a molding die is set up with a reinforcement matter 15, each of pouring openings 17 of which is connected with a supply source of a fluid causing foaming, and a predetermined quantity of plastic raw materials containing a foaming agent is loaded within the molding part. Then the fluid causing foaming is spouted within the molding part through a duct opening at the molding part and poured into the reinforcement matter 15 through the pouring opening 17 from the supply source. As an inner cavity 19 in the reinforcement matter 15 becomes the duct, the fluid poured into the reinforcement matter 15 is arrived at respective spouting openings 18 and spouted evenly toward the foaming plastic raw materials from these spouting openings 18. In consequence of the above, foaming plastic raw materials are heated and foamed rapidly, which fills the inside of the molding part, molded in a predetermined shape and becomes a main body 14.

CONSTITUTION:The extension parts 1a and 1b at the back of the license plate 2 of a bumper made of resin are constituted bendable by flexible hinges (a). A head pin 6 is integrally molded with the extension part and passed through a hole 7 on a connection piece 1d, and then the bent state of the extension part is maintained by a snap ring 8. Since the extension part is made bendable, the necessity of demounting the license plate 2 in the case when the bumper is replaced is obviated, and the work for replacing bumper is made easy.

CONSTITUTION:In forming ornamental colored coating on the surface of a synthetic resin bumper 2 for an automobile dividedly along its longitudinal direction, said bumper 2 is mounted on a cradle 9, its part B to be uncoated is covered with a masking jig 3 made of a heat resistant expansible material such as rubber, silicone or urethane, and mooring jigs 3c at both ends are locked to locking jigs 4 on a bench 1. Stringy edge members 3b are attached to the sides of the masking jig 3, and the width of the jig 3 is made larger than that of the part B to be uncoated divided by a groove 2b. When the masking jig 3 is pulled with the mooring jigs 3c at both ends, it is made narrower to the same width as that of the part B to be uncoated. Hence, the edge members 3b are inlaid in the groove 2b. Under this condition, a cover jig 5 is put on the masking jig 3, paint is applied onto a part A to be coated, the cover 5 is detached, the coating is baked in an oven, and then the masking jig 3 is detached for reuse.
