摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube joining device capable of stably and surely joining tubes filled with liquid to each other. SOLUTION: The tube joining device is provided with a first clamp 6 for holding and flatly pressurizing two tubes and a second clamp roughly in the same shape as the first clamp 6. The clamps are provided with an upper jaw part and a lower jaw part and a tube push-in member 10 for flatly pressurizing the tube is disposed between the two clamps. The tube is cut by a wafer 41 held by a wafer holder 140 and cut end parts are joined with each other by the movement of the first clamp 6. The tube push-in member 10 is positioned and locked at a withdrawn position by a latch 250 at the time of cutting and joining the tubes and restored to an initial state by releasing a locked state by the latch 250 by a roller 206 when joining is completed. SOLUTION: The tube joining device 1 is provided with a first tube holder 2 and a second tube holder 3 for roughly parallelly holding two flexible tubes 8 and 9 where blood is enclosed. A first clamp 6 and a second clamp 7 for flatly pressurizing the tubes are disposed on the first tube holder 2 and the second tube holder 3, and a tube push-in member 10 for flatly pressurizing the tube on the side of the second clamp 7 is integrally and movably provided on the first clamp 6. Also, a cutting mechanism 4 for fusing the tubes is disposed between the first clamp 6 and the second clamp 7 and the tube joining device 1 is provided with a moving mechanism for moving the first tube holder 2 and the second tube holder 3 so as to tightly adhere end parts to be joined with each other at the position of the tubes cut by the cutting mechanism 4.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe tube joining device capable of restoring spontaneously without damaging the device even in the case when power supply is interrupted during operation of joining the tube. SOLUTION: The tube joining device is equipped with EEPROM storing the information on the state of a tube joining process. A restoration processing is executed when the power is turned on and when the power supply is judged to be interrupted in the course of joining the tube from the information on the state of the joining process of the tube stored in the EEPROM and the result of detection of a wafer 41 of a wafer position detecting sensor 421. In the restoration processing, the wafer is reheated to melt the tube fixed to the wafer (S614, 616) and the operation is restarted to complete the joining operation (S620-632), while an error indication is made in an LCD indicating part so as to assure a joining strength and others (S634). 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube joining device which can reduce a chance of a transportation fault of a cutting member and prevent a defect of a device due to a fixation of pulverized powder. SOLUTION: When the tube joining device performs a paying-out of the wafer 41, the wafer 41 is sent into a wafer holder 140 by a contact with an internal bottom surface portion of a wafer cassette and sent forward moving along a transport route 105. In this transportation movement, a bottom and a side part of the wafer 41 make a rubbing contact with the transportation route 105 and a wall 104 of the wafer holder 140 as well as the internal bottom surface portion of the wafer cassette 120, and consequently a part of both surfaces is scraped off to block the transport route of the wafer 41 by the fixation of the powdered materials to the wall 104 when an electric current is supplied to the wafer 41. A recessed 101 or a dimple 102 is formed in the wall of the wafer holder 140 so that the transportation fault of the wafer 41 due to the fixation of the powdered material is prevented. SOLUTION: The tube joint device includes first and second tube holders to hold two flexible tubes in which blood is enclosed in approximate parallel position. Each of the first and the second tube holders has first and second clamps which press the tube into a flat figure and the tube is cut by a wafer and joined between the first and the second clamps. The wafer is let out from a cassette by a paying-out member. A structure ((C) and (D)) is adopted that a bearing 172 can advance in a cut out portion 178 when the paying-out of the wafer becomes inadequate. The operator can remove the transportation fault of the wafer 41 by moving the second clamp 7 to a retracting position.
