    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure measurement apparatus of a blood circuit which measures the pressure of blood passing through an air trap chamber and, at the same time, eliminates the need for holding air within the air trap chamber, and also to provide a measurement method for improving measurement precision.
      SOLUTION: The blood circuit 3 of a hemodialysis apparatus 1 has the air trap chamber 13 having a cylindrical unit 15 made of a soft material. The cylindrical unit 15 has a pressure measurement apparatus 14 for measuring the pressure of the blood passing through the cylindrical unit. When a pressure receiving member 32 receives pressing force via movement of the surface of the cylindrical unit, the pressing force is detected by a strain gauge 33 composing a detection means 22 and the pressing force detected by the strain gauge 33 is converted into a measurement value of the inner pressure. A comparison means 5a compares, at predetermined intervals, the measurement value measured by the pressure measurement apparatus and a measurement value of the pressure of dialysis liquid measured by a liquid pressure measurement apparatus 42 installed within a liquid circuit 4 and cancels a measurement error by correcting the converted value acquired by converting the pressing force detected by the strain gauge.

      SOLUTION: A dialytic apparatus is provided with: a fluid supply circuit communicated with a dialyzer; a fluid drainage circuit communicated with the dialyzer; and a dialysis fluid supplying and draining means which feeds the dialysis fluid to the dialyzer through the fluid supply circuit and drains the dialysis fluid from the dialyzer through the fluid drainage circuit. An ET measuring instrument 40 is designed to measure the ET value in the dialysis fluid circulated through the above circuits and water or an undiluted solution for manufacturing the dialysis fluid. When ET not less than the tolerance value is detected by the ET measuring instrument 40, a supply blocking means 50 stops the supply of the dialysis fluid to the dialyzer, and a warning means 49 sends out warning.

The vein-side blood circuit 22 is provided with an ultrasonic rheometer 8, the rheometer 8 measures the blood flow of the vein-side blood circuit 22 and, when the measured blood flow is rapidly increased, a warning is issued to stop the blood pump 3.
