In this case, the parts of the cables are formed with winding parts 17 which comprise a plurality of winding turns whose winding diameters are larger than the permissible winding diameters of the optical fibers, and the winding parts are covered with cylindrical covering bodies 19. Spiral grooves, which hold the winding turns of the winding parts 17, can be formed in the inner surface of the cylindrical covering bodies 19.
