    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a condensing beam of a sufficient length without increasing the size of a light reproducing device, to prevent a dust from being invaded and to improve an environmental resistance. SOLUTION: The laser beam 1-2 is advanced as a laser beam 1-4 having a constant width in the thickness direction of a transparent planar plate 1-5 and spreading in the plane of the planar plate, is curved at 90° by a mirror 1-7 inclined at 45°, and is emitted. The beam 1-2 is converted into a parallel beam light 1-9 via a lens 1-8, condensed by a cylindrical lens 1-11 via a mirror 1-10 capable of selecting an arbitrary waveguide layer, and emitted to the waveguide layer. The guided beam 1-15 propagated through the waveguide layer is diffracted by a hologram formed in the waveguide layer, is passed through an opening mask 1-16 and a transparent planar plate 1-5, and is focused on a two-dimensional photodetector 1-6.
