摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hose or a storage container for high pressure gas, which has high gas barrier properties against hydrogen, in particular, and durability for maintaining excellent gas barrier properties for a long period.SOLUTION: The hose or the storage container for high pressure gas including at least one layer formed of resin composition which contains a side-chain 1,2-diol-containing polyvinyl alcohol resin (A) and a fluorine resin (B) having a polar functional group which is reactable or hydrogen-bondable with a hydroxyl group has excellent wettability at the interface between the component (A) and the component (B), resulting in high gas barrier properties against not only oxygen and air, but also against a small-molecule gas such as hydrogen, without causing blisters under high pressure.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition including a melt-moldable PVA-based resin, improved in flexibility such as bending fatigue resistance without impairing gas barrier properties and solvent resistance that the PVA-based resin originally has; and applications of the same.SOLUTION: There are provided: a resin composition including a melt-moldable side chain 1,2-diol-containing PVA-based resin (A) and a fluororesin (B) having a polar functional group capable of reacting with a hydroxy group or forming a hydrogen bond; an emulsified dispersion liquid using the resin composition; and a binder. As the component A and the component B are compatible excellently, when one of the component A and the component B becomes a matrix, the other thereof can disperse finely in the matrix. Thus the composition is excellent in gas barrier properties, solvent resistance and bending fatigue resistance.
