      CONSTITUTION: 3W50pts. one or ≥2 kinds of alkali metallic salts and alkaline earth metallic salts of boric acids, phosphoric acids, and silicic acids as an inorg. binder, and 0.1W10pts. one or ≥2 kinds of org. materials of above 100°Cb.p. or decomposition temp., for example, α-starch, pulp, dextrin, etc., as a peelability imparting agent based on 100pts. one or ≥2 kinds of inorg. fibers such as asbestors, rock wool, glass fibers, slag wool and the like are coated, with water as a medium, on the surfaces of steel materials of 300W1,400°C.
