摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate corrosion of related machines and enable effective heat recovery in a Dwight Lloyd sintering machine by keeping the temperature of the part of lowest temperature or a specified part of a main exhaust gas passage above a specified temperature. CONSTITUTION:For instance, gas is extracted selectively from high temperature wind leg 4 part of ore discharge side of a sintering machine 1, and heat is recovered by a heat exchanger 16. When this heat recovering is intensified, the temperature of exhaust of a main duct 5 is lowered and harmful components in the gas become below dew point and there is the possibility of corrosion due to acids. Accordingly, a thermometer 22 is provided at a position of a dust collector 6 where corrosion is most liable to occur, and an entrance damper 20 of a heat medium pump 21 is operated together by an adjusting mete 23, and heat is recovered keeping the temperature of the part of lowest temperature of the main exhaust gas passage above 60 deg.C.

摘要： PURPOSE:To suppress generation of a large crack on the surface of a sintering bed, by providing a combustion inhibiting part by spraying an incombustible liquid, etc. on the surface of a material layer before ignition. CONSTITUTION:In a sintering machine, a sintering material surface water spray device 9 is provided between a mixing material charging part and an ignition furnace 6, and a combustion inhibiting line is provided by watering an incombustible liquid such as water, etc., onto the surface of a sintering material. This water spray device 9 is formed by a strand direction water spray nozzle group 10, a width direction water spray device 11, a flow rate adjusting valve 13, etc., and is provided with a checkers-like combustion inhibiting line. Or, an unburnt part is generated by placing a non-combustible substance such as a linear or rod- like metal, etc. on the surface of the material layer. According to this sintering method, a fine crack is equally dispersed and generated on only the surface layer, therefore, generation of a large crack can be suppressed, ventilation is equalized, and sintered ore having a uniform quality can be obtained.
