      SOLUTION: The transmission system is provided with a microphone 1A for detecting the external sound of the vehicle and outputting an external sound signal; an external sound detection device 2A for transmitting the external sound signal making an electromagnetic wave as a medium; and a portable vibration device 3 for receiving the external sound signal making an electromagnetic wave as a medium. The portable vibration device 3 generates a vibration based on the external sound signal. Thereby, if the occupant of the vehicle carries the portable vibration device 3, the external sound of the vehicle can be certainly transmitted to the occupant.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverted-F antenna that saves the labor and time for mounting and suppresses individual differences in antenna radiation characteristics.

Thus, the mounting work between the ground plate 62 and the bottom side is eliminated, and since the ground plate 62 and the bottom side 55 are formed by bending, individual differences in antenna radiation characteristics can be suppressed.
