    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallic material subjected to a chromium-free surface treatment, which satisfies all of the corrosion resistance, the heat resistance, the finger print resistance, the conductivity, the coating property, the black rust resistance during the working and the stain resistance that is hardly achieved in a conventional chromate-free technology.
      SOLUTION: The surface of the metallic material is applied with an aqueous metal surface treatment agent composed of; an organic silicon compound (W) obtained by blending a silane coupling agent (A) containing one amino-group in the molecule and a silane coupling agent (B) containing one glycidyl-group in the molecule at the ratio of 0.5-1.7 in terms of the solid mass ratio [(A)/(B)]; at least one kind of fluoro compound (X) to be selected from titanium hydrofluoric acid or zirconium hydrofluoric acid; phosphoric acid (Y); vanadium compound (Z); and photocatalyst (L), and is dried, thereby obtaining the chromate-free surface-treated metallic material on which a compound coating film containing respective components is formed.

Further, on an inner face of the body part 5, a heat-absorbing layer 15 is formed for enhancing heat absorption of the radiation heat propagating through the heat-dissipating space S.
