    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosetting powder coating material having sufficient low temperature curing property while produced in a wet producing process, imparting a coating film having a high crosslinking density and appearance in high level even baking and crosslinking at a comparatively low temperature while sufficiently inhibiting yellowing and foaming, applicable to a dense chromatic color together with a pale chromatic color.
      SOLUTION: The invention relates to the thermosetting powder coating material obtained by the following processes, preparing a suspension liquid by dispersing a resin solution containing organic solvents in an aqueous solution containing a water soluble polymer, a process solidifying particles in the dispersing phase by evaporating the organic solvents in the dispersing phase in the suspension and then a process separating the particles in the solidified dispersing phase, wherein the resin solution comprises an acrylic resin having an epoxy group and a blocked isocyanate group, and a compound containing a carboxylic acid group or carboxylic acid anhydride group as a hardener.
