Before operation of a gas generating unit 40, the pin part is positioned in front of a sheet 29 and the O-ring fitting part is positioned at gas generating unit side of a gas relief hole 26 in the piston. After operation of the gas generating unit, the piston is pushed out to the gas bomb 5 side by gas pressure due to combustion of a gas-generating agent, the pin part stabs the sheet and the sealing plate to reach into the gas bomb, gas is ejected from a gas ejecting hole 24 through the gas ejecting passage to expand an inflation unit, and the O-ring fitting part is moved to the gas bomb side of the gas relief hole to discharge the remained pressure through the gas relief hole.
