    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete pipe improved in the corrosion resistance and salt resistance of a main reinforcement and a spiral reinforcement, and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A hoop (spiral reinforcement) is arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the main reinforcement among the main reinforcement (axial reinforcement), and the hoop (spiral reinforcement), both of which are externally coated with a synthetic thermoplastic resin, to house the main reinforcement (axial reinforcement) and the hoop (spiral reinforcement) in a frame, and common concrete and blast furnace slag concrete are injected in the frame to perform centrifugal compaction molding or vibration compaction molding. The molded concrete is demolded after steam ageing to obtain the concrete pipe. The method for manufacturing the concrete pipe is also disclosed.

      SOLUTION: Two anchor plates 24 for inserting a PC steel material are respectively arranged in a midway part in the shaft direction in a concrete molding part 21 for arranging the PC steel material in the shaft direction in a state of crossing in the shaft direction. Mutual four-corner parts of the two anchor plates 24 are mutually connected in the concrete molding part 21 by four connecting bolts 25. A plurality of anchor steel materials 27 and 28 are projected in the shaft direction from the respective anchor plates 24 in the concrete molding part 21. A frame material connecting embedded plate 29 embedded in a side surface of the concrete molding part 21 in an exposed state, is respectively and integrally arranged on the respective anchor plates 24.

A square tube 51 for connecting with a frame material is embedded into box in an exposed state on the peripheral of the concrete forming part 21 in a midway part in the shaft direction of the concrete forming part 21. The square tube 51 is formed in a similar shape along with the peripheral of the concrete forming part 21 and has a concave groove 22a which is consecutively connected to a concave groove 22 of the concrete forming part 21.
