SOLUTION: The minute aggregate particles are obtained by dispersing medicinal substance particles into a disperse phase of a (meth)acrylic acid-based polymer containing a polar group. The method for producing the minute aggregate particles comprises bringing a polar solvent solution containing the polar group-containing (meth)acrylic acid-based polymer and a medicinal substance into contact with a supercritical fluid.
