      SOLUTION: A first soundproof wall 10 includes a frame body 11 and a movable louver 12 provided within the frame body 11 in an openable and closable manner.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound insulation structure of a rail, reducing noise generated from a joint part of a rail by sound insulation material of a simple structure.
