SOLUTION: A bonded magnet is composed of rare earth magnet powder that has an intrinsic coercive force of 5 kOe or above, a Curie temperature Tc 300 deg.C or above, and a thickness of 2.0 to 50 μm in average grain diameter and binder resin. The magnet is used as a permanent magnet for giving a magnetic bias to the magnetic core of an inductance part. The grain surface of rare earth magnet powder is coated with a metal coating layer containing oxidation-resistance metal. For carrying out a surface-mounting process through reflow, the above rare earth magnet powder may be required to have an intrinsic coercive force of 10 kOe or above, a Curie temperature Tc of 500 deg.C or above, and an average grain diameter of 2.5 to 50 μm. For preventing the magnet powder from deteriorating in resistivity, it is preferable that the magnet powder coated with the metal coating layer is further more covered with a glass coating layer formed of low-melting glass whose softening point is lower than the melting point of the oxidation-resistance metal.
