    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inductance component excellent in direct-current superposition characteristics appropriate to large currents. SOLUTION: The inductance component is of such a structure that a winding coil 3 is sealed in a soft magnetic core 2 obtained by pressure molding an intimate mixture containing soft magnetic material powder and binder. The inductance component is obtained by placing in the soft magnetic core 2 one or more permanent magnets 7 magnetized in the opposite direction to the magnetic field formed in the inner circumferential area 6 of the winding coil 3 by the winding coil 3, and integrating them. Owing to the magnetic field in the opposite direction of the permanent magnets, the magnetic saturation of the soft magnetic core 2 is improved even when a large current is passed through the winding coil 3 by the magnetic field in the opposite direction of the permanent magnets, and thus the direct-current superposition characteristics are improved.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic core which is provided with at least one or more gaps in a magnetic path, equipped with a permanent magnet as a magnetic bias magnet arranged adjacent to the gap to supply a magnetic bias from the ends of the gap, and is superior in DC superimposition, core loss, and oxidation- resistant properties; and to provide an inductance part using the same. SOLUTION: An inductance part is equipped with a magnetic core at one or more magnetic gaps each about 50 to 10,000 μm in gap length in a magnetic path, a magnetic bias magnet arranged adjacent to the gap so as to supply a magnetic bias from the ends of the magnetic gap, and a coil winding wound on the magnetic core at least by one turn. The above magnetic bias magnet is formed of rare earth magnet powder coated with inorganic glass, and the rare earth magnet powder is selected from Sm-Co magnet powder, Nd-Fe-B magnet powder, and Sm-Fe-N magnet powder.
