    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly detect an unjust packet in an MIPv6 network, and to protect a home agent device (HA) from a DoS attack or the like. SOLUTION: A communication device 100 installed on a path, through which the packet given and received between a mobile machine (MN) and the HA for the mobile machine is passed, receives the MIPv6 packet transmitted from the MN to the HA. When the received packet is transmitted in a tunnelling mode, the encryption of an IPsec applied section is released without releasing the capsulation of the received packet. A transmission-origin address and a transmission-destination address in an IPv6 basic header appearing in the section releasing the encryption are collated with filtering conditions stored in a storage section 121, thus deciding the propriety of the passage of the packet.
