    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress occurrence of tire road noise, to prevent decrease of fuel economy, and to simplify work for attaching a wheel cover. SOLUTION: The wheel cover has a casing forming a cavity 34, and one or more holes 38 for forming a resonance structure at predetermined places of the casing. Since one or more holes 38 for forming the resonance structure are formed, so that the travel of the vehicle can be suppressed from generating tire road noise. A rotary sound absorbing body or the like except for the wheel cover 31 is not required to be mounted to a wheel body, so that the weight of the vehicle does not increase and the fuel economy does not decrease.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound source identification apparatus for identifying a vehicle or a sound source generating a sound higher than a specified one, which can exactly identify sounds in a low sound area and those in a high sound area.
      SOLUTION: The sound source identification apparatus includes: a first sound source calculation part that calculates a sound source position by beam forming calculation based on a first sound signal indicating a sound component in a sound area subjected to high-frequency extraction extracted from an original sound signal obtained by receiving a sound emitted from a vehicle running on a vehicle traffic road; a second sound source calculation part that calculates a sound source position by acoustic intensity calculation based on a second sound signal indicating a sound component in a sound area subjected to low-frequency extraction extracted from an original sound signal; and a sound source identification part that identifies a sound source based on the sound source position calculated by the first sound source calculation part and the sound source position calculated by the second sound source calculation part.
