摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comprehensive method for detecting kinds of viruses of HIV, HCV, HBV, PvB19 and WNV having a plurality of genotypes in high specificity and sensitivity, a primer set for virus detection, a microarray and a kit for virus detection. SOLUTION: HIV, HCV, HBV, PvB19 and WNV genes having a plurality of genotypes are amplified using a type-specific primer by PCR and a PCR amplified product is hybridized with a DNA microarray and detected. Five kinds of viruses of HIV, HCV, HBV, PvB19 and WNV having a plurality of genotypes are quickly and simply detected in high specificity and sensitivity by using a primer set for viruses detection and a probe set. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for performing more accurate comet assay evaluation, by automatically and rapidly calculating respective evaluation indices on a comet assay from a photograph image of a sample, as to a comet assay analysis method. SOLUTION: A comet image 1 comprises a head image 2 and a tail image 3. In this method, a circumscribing rectangle 4 that circumscribes the comet image 1 is found. If the ratio between the area of the comet image 1 and the area of the circumscribing rectangle 4 falls within a prescribed range, the comet image 1 is determined as being of one cell. A comet image, in which a plurality of cells overlap with each other and a comet image other than that of one cell due to fluorescence noise can be excluded, and determination can be made simply and automatically, by using commercially available software, and rapid comet assay evaluation can be made.
