    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a proceeding minutes processing system which can improve the operation efficiency of proceeding-minute generation and shorten the time needed for the generation, correction, and circulation of the minutes of a proceeding. SOLUTION: When a development code is set in a specific area at data input of respective items of the minutes of a proceeding, a proceeding minutes generation processing part 410 in a terminal device 400 reads out the data of the items of the same contents included in other reports or plan statements specified by the development code as the reference data and uses them as the input data. Data for other reports and plan statements are stored in a database in a host device connected to the terminal device 400 via a network and read out, as necessary. Once the minutes of proceedings are completed, the file of the minutes of proceedings is sent to terminal devices of other circulation object persons connected via the network, to circulate the minutes of proceedings.

SOLUTION: A game vehicle device has a display for displaying the scene of a horse racing according to the information from an imitation animal device 20, the imitation animal device 20 has an arithmetic processing part for inputting the direction of a bridle part 28 and a head part 22 detected by a rotating resistor 34 and the longitudinal rocking angle θ of a body part 24 detected by a rotating resistor 58. This arithmetic processing part calculates the virtual space where a virtual horse reined by a player enters the stage on the basis of the input signal from each resistor 34, 58 and a prescribed game program, and this game image is displayed on the display. The advancing direction of the horse is determined by turning the head part 22 in an optional direction, and the speed of the horse is determined by the magnitude of the rocking angle θof the body part 24.
