      SOLUTION: A gas-liquid separation membrane is constituted of a gas permeable membrane provided by generating a craze in a water-repellent fluoro resin film or the like, to prevent a water droplet generated in a membrane face of the gas-liquid separation membrane from being deposited. The deposition of the water droplet not only worsens remarkably gas permeability of the gas-liquid separation membrane, but also gets to a factor of freezing in a severe winter season, and an air bleeding function is impaired thereby.

The sterilization performed in the airtight state can secure the safety and the retention of the airtight state enables the long-term and continuous sterilization. When unsealing it, most of the used sterilizing gas and the secondary products are recovered in the sterilizer pack in the airtight state.
