    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid mixing device which is compact and inexpensive by use of a flow path of a single layer structure that can be molded by a mold.SOLUTION: In the fluid mixing device, two fluids are mixed by making at least two channels joined, at least two channels are formed from the same surface in the same direction in one microchip that composes the mixing device and is constituted of one channel accommodating one fluid and another channel accommodating another fluid. The mixing device is provided with a first channel part and a second channel part. In the first channel part, a position of a lowest part of one channel in a vertical direction perpendicular to a channel direction is lower than a position of a lowest part of another channel in a vertical direction. In the second channel part in a state after channel joining, a lowest part in a vertical direction of a part extended from one channel is located just under a lowest part of a part extended from another channel. The channel part immediately after joining and subsequent at lest one channel part respectively have different shapes of faces that are perpendicular to the channel direction.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretching/immobilizing device of nucleic acid which does not require modification treatment and a drying process, and is capable of stretching/immobilizing nucleic acid efficiently and with high reproducibility, a stretching/immobilizing method of nucleic acid using the device, a nucleic acid immobilizing member, and a nucleic acid specimen fabricated by the stretching/immobilizing device of nucleic acid.SOLUTION: A stretching/immobilizing device of nucleic acid includes: a nucleic acid immobilizing member including an immobilizing part which immobilizes nucleic acid; an injection port for injecting solution containing nucleic acid; a flow channel of the solution; and a flow channel member including a suction port which sucks the solution.
