    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve replacing precision of a standard mark by precisely preserving the vertical point by a simple means.
      SOLUTION: A scale is provided at the outer peripheral position of the lower part of a laser beam receiving device, and a flat plate 8 for preserving a vertical point on which a cross line is displayed and a frame body 7 are prepared. The frame body 7 is set at the position of an opening for marking, and a laser beam receiving device is set on the frame body 7. Then, a laser beam outputted from a laser oscillator set at a reference point in a reference stage is received by the laser beam receiving device set at the opening for inking, and a position corresponding to a coordinate value displayed by the laser beam receiving device is marked on the frame body 7 by using the scale. Afterwards, the laser beam receiving device is detached from the frame body 7, and the flat plane 8 for preserving the vertical point is temporarily fixed on the frame body 7 with a magnet 9 in a state that a mark M matches the cross line 10.
