    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably perform an antifreezing by means of heating by a heater by providing a temperature control switch which controls an operation to a power source line from an upstream of a breaker to antifreezing means. SOLUTION: When an electric leakage breaker 30 is not operated, a change- over switch 33 is connected to a contact A side by a control part 10 and a heat quantity of a heater 22 is adjusted by a temperature adjustment control switch 34. On the other hand, when the electric leakage breaker 30 is operated, the change-over switch 33 is connected to a contact B side. So long as the breaker 30 is being operated, although electricity is not supplied to a power source line 41 and hence, a combustion equipment is not operated, a power source line 40 at the upstream side of the breaker 30 supplies electricity to the heater 22, the temperature adjustment control switch 35 and the like. Furthermore, the temperature adjustment control switch 35 adopts a bimetal method and is turned on when the temperature is lowered and is turned off when the temperature is elevated thus performing an ON operation or an OFF operation of the heater 22. Accordingly, even when the electric leakage breaker 30 is operated, the heater 22 is energized thus preventing the antifreezing.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress occurrence of decay in water by a method wherein a water feeding three-way changing-over valve is changed over to cause a water falling pipe to communicate with a returning pipe returning to a heat exchanger, a hot water discharging three-way changing-over valve is changed over to cause a going pipe to communicate with a supply pipe, thereafter a water falling operation is carried out to replace circulating water within a heating circuit with tap water. SOLUTION: When an operation for replacing circulating water in a heating circuit is started, a second water feeding three-way changing-over valve 11 is changed over and a water falling communication pipe 12 communicates with a bath water returning communication pipe 91. Then, a first water feeding three-way changing-over valve 6 is changed over to cause the bath water returning communication pipe 91 to communicate with a returning pipe 3 and further a hot water discharging three-way changing- over valve 41 is changed over to cause a going pipe 4 to communicated with a supply pipe 8 connected to a heating load such as a radiator or the like, thereby a water amount adjusting valve 22 and a water falling valve 13 in a hot water discharging pipe 19 for general hot water feeding are opened, a circulating pump 5 is driven and the circulating water within the heating circuit is replaced with clean tap water.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the exhaust condition favorably even in the case that snow piles up in the vicinity of an exhaust port, by operating a blower fan at least thereby blowing air to outside from an exhaust port when a temperature sensor detects a specified temperature or lower. SOLUTION: In the case that a combustion apparatus is used in a cold region, a maintenance control means 23 monitors the detection temperature of a temperature sensor 16, and judges whether or not the detected temperature is a specified temperature of lower. Then, if it is the specified temperature of lower, next a timer means 24 starts a timer, and operates a fan 6 until it counts a specified time, and also an ignition control means 21 is activated to perform combusting operation. Hereby, hot blast is sent from an exhaust port 15, so even in the case that snow piles up near the exhaust port, the hot blast blows off or melts and removes the piled snow.

SOLUTION: The present hot water heater includes in combination of any one or both of a common hot water supply installation 20 and a bath additional heating installation 30 other than a warm water heating installation 10. In the course of continuation of the warm water heating operation, even when temperature detected by an atmospheric temperature sensor 40 disposed on an apparatus case 1 is not less than a reference temperate where an antifreezing operation is performed, these is provided a control part 50 which forces an antifreezing operation of the other installations 20, 30 for a predetermined time interval each time the warm water heating operation passes for a predetermined time.
